Having considered that the said case was registered seven years ago, I am of the view that, presumably, in the meantime, the police authorities have arrived at their final opinion.

In case, the petitioner finds from

the records of the learned jurisdictional Court that no report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. has been submitted, in that case, the petitioner will submit a representation before the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Ballygunge Police Station who would take steps so that within 30 days, the report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. is submitted before the learned jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25130 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
