Ms. Benazir Shaikh Mr. Ibrahim Shaikh ..for the petitioner The petitioner's seemingly innocuous prayer for consideration of his representation dated August 18, 2025, before the District Magistrate, Berhampore, Murshidabad, cannot be entertained.

It appears that a work order was issued in favour of respondent no. 11 for the "construction of Individual-Level Soak Pits in ten Gram Panchayats of the Manikchak Block." The writ petitioner appears to be a blacklisted bidder. He has raised certain allegations concerning the credentials of respondent no. 11.

Various communications annexed to the writ petition indicate that the credentials of respondent no. 11 were duly verified and found to be authentic by the concerned authorities. Respondent no. 11 subsequently executed the work order.

Learned counsel representing respondent no. 11 also acknowledges that the respondent has received his

legitimate dues following the successful completion of the work.

In view of the foregoing, I find no justification for directing the District Magistrate to consider the petitioner's prayer for making an enquiry against respondent no. 11, as sought in the representation dated August 18, 2025. Accordingly, WPA 25264 of 2025 is dismissed.
