For the State The petitioners' grievance is that the private respondent is raising construction by encroaching the Government land and also by obstructing their egress and ingress. The petitioner No. 1 filed a representation ventilating his grievance before the competent Authority on 12th October, 2018, but such representation is yet to be disposed of. The petitioners pray for a direction upon the Authority to dispose of the said representation at the earliest.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner No. 1 dated 12th October, 2018 within a period of three months from the

date of communication of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the interested parties including the petitioners and the private respondent, in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 24463 of 2018 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
