Ms. Shukla Das Chandra ... for the petitioner It appears that some inadvertent typographical errors had crept into the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court.

First, at the heading of the order sheet the name of the learned advocate Mr. Biswajit Sau shall be included as one appearing on behalf of the petitioner. At the seventh line of the first page of the order, instead of "2023", it should actually be "2003." At the ninth line of the first page, instead of "2017", it should actually be "2007."

At the second last line of the first page and fourteenth line of the second page, instead of "2021", it should actually be "2023."

The order dated 19.03.2024 is hereby corrected and the same shall always be read conjointly with this order. Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
