1. The instant writ application has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the behest of the Registry.

2. On perusal of the order dated 11.06.2025 it appears that, inadvertently two separate similar orders have been uploaded on the official website. One of the order typed by Subrata Das, A.R.(Court) is hereby recalled and be removed from the CIS system. Another order dated 11.06.2025, typed by Kaushik Chatterjee, A.R.(Court), shall remain on the record.

3. Department is directed to take necessary steps for effecting the corrections.

4. Both the Assistant Registrars (Court) are hereby cautioned to avoid such mistakes in future and to exercise due care while typing and uploading the orders. Office is directed to inform them, accordingly.
