Petitioner contends dispute arose out of a commercial transaction. Allegation of submitting a forged document is false. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She contends petitioner had used a forged document to obtain loan to purchase a commercial vehicle. Subsequently, he has failed to repay the loan.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had fraudulently obtained loan to purchase vehicle. He failed to repay the loan. Criminal case was registered in 2018. Thereafter, they had absconded.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner for progress of investigation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
