It appears that during pendency of this writ petition, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer has passed a demolition order dated November 7, 2025. In view of the subsequent development, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty upon the petitioner to challenge the demolition order passed by the concerned Sub Development Officer.

WPA 25138 of 2025 stands disposed of.
