The petitioner complains that the private respondent is obstructing her peaceful possession in the shop room. The Petitioner complained to the Kakdwip Police Station in this regard.

The Kakdwip Police Station has filed a report dated 07.12.2022,which is kept with the record.

It appears therefrom that admittedly there are civil and statutory disputes pending between the parties, inter alia, before the WBLRTT.

The Kakdwip Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

The parties may settle their civil disputes in the pending proceeding before any appropriate civil and/or statutory forum in accordance with law. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
