C., Chitpur Police Station, FIR was not registered. According to the petitioner, it is a cognizable offence. Having carefully scrutinized the complaint, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the writ petitioners against the private respondents is in respect of private rights.

The petitioners may avail remedies under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C. in this regard. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
