Ms. Debjani Chakrabarty, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in the prayer (a), (b), (c) of the writ petition, it is wrongly stated that the SLST, 2016 is for Para Teachers. She wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

Mr. Kanak Kiran Bandyopadhyay, learned Advocate for the WBCSSC concedes to such submissions.

In view of such submissions, the writ petition being WPA 22884 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
