Wasim Ahmed, learned counsel who is present in Court and usually appears for the State is requested to represent the State in this matter. His appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority. The petitioner is directed to serve copy of the application along with annexure thereto upon Mr. Ahmed in course of this day. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner married the 9th respondent and thereafter her extra marital affair with the 8th respondent was revealed. Upon protesting he was driven out of his house which is occupied by the private respondents at present.

The petitioner lodged complaint before the police authority which has not been acted upon.

Since the petitioner allege that the complaint lodged by him before the police authority has not been taken care of, he is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS for redressal of his grievance. In the meantime, the police shall keep strict vigil in the area and shall ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility and also ensure that no untoward incident occurs. The police

authority shall render necessary protection/assistance to the petitioner as and when sought.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
