The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the dispute referred by the petitioner in respect of electric connection allegedly having been taken unlawfully over the premises of the petitioner, is pending since long before the Ombudsman, West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission.

In view of the innocuous prayer made, WPA 22894 of 2019 is disposed of without further ado, by requesting the respondent no.

2, that is, the Ombudsman, to dispose of the dispute raised by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of communication of this order to the Ombudsman.

The parties shall act on the written communication of the learned Advocates of the parties, accompanied by a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
