1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the Hon'ble Apex Court has confirmed the bail of co-accused. Petitioners stand on the same footing with the said co-accused.

2. Petitioners were enlarged on interim bail. There is no adverse report against them.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we confirm the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 13.10.2023 on the same terms and conditions.
