Let this order sheet and the report be kept on record. In view of the aforesaid order of acquittal, the instant revisional application became infractuous, the said proceeding is the subject matter of this case, as such it is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the CRR 3466 of 2017 along with connected application, if any, is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
