Case No. 106 of 2006 which is proceeding under section 498A/34 of the IPC and is pending before the ld. JM, 6th Court, Sealdah. Ld. Advocate draws the attention of the court to an order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench in CRR 1550 of 2006, wherein by an order dated 9.11.2006, one of the accused Shikha Chakroborty, approached this court and her proceedings were quashed.

The petitioner claims that the present petitioner is on the same footing.

I have considered the enclosures to the revisional application and I find that although the case was initiated in the year 2006, but, none of the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. is enclosed herewith along with the revisional application.

Having considered the materials which have been attached with the revisional application, I am of the view

that this is not a fit case where the jurisdiction of the court can be invoked for proper adjudication.

Surprisingly, the revisional application challenges an order dated 30th December, 2005. The order which was passed more than 18 years ago.

Having regard to the manner in which the revisional application has been preferred before this court, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4095 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
