The petitioner has assailed an order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, North 24 Parganas at Barasat on 3rd July, 2024 in Misc. case no.76 of 2024 under Section 14 of the Securitisition and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act). In view of the bar laid down under Section 17 of the Act, the revisional application is not maintainable.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.

CRR 4439 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable. As a consequence CRAN 1 of 2024 and CRAN 2 of 2024 are disposed of.

The interim order granted vide order passed on 14th March, 2024 stands vacated.
