Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the mother-in-law of the victim lady was rejected in September 2023. Petitioner-husband is on the same footing with the said mother-in-law.

In view of the incriminating evidence on record and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
