On behalf of LICI, a photocopy of the acknowledged copy of the letter dated 2nd January, 2025 is made over to Court, which is taken on record. After hearing the parties and considering the letter dated 2nd January, 2025, I do not find that the contempt application is to be proceeded any further. The contempt application is disposed of by recording compliance on issuance of the appointment letter dated 2nd January, 2025, which has been duly accepted by the petitioner.
