Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

We have examined the evidence of the minor victim who is her step father. He committed penetrative sexual assault upon her while her mother was not at home.

In view of the nature of offence and relationship between the parties we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5.

Trial court is requested to conclude the trial at an early date.
