Perused the case diary.

It appears that the alleged contraband being 167 bottles of phensedyl were seized from the house of the petitioner, although the seizure list shows that the contraband was of the co-accused.

Considering the above and the other materials available in the case diary and the restrictions contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
