Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Case involves double murder. One of the bodies was recovered on the leading statement of the petitioner. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
