Learned advocate representing the applicant submits that order dated 13th August, 2024 passed on connected writ petition has not been complied with.

However, on hearing the applicant it appears that in terms of the order dated 13th August, 2024 alleged contemnor no. 1 passed order on 13th May, 2025. Said order dated 13th May, 2025 is part of the contempt application, annexed at pages 32 to 33.

Since decision has already been taken by alleged contemnor no. 1 Court finds order dated 13th August, 2024 is complied with.

Hence, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law if the applicant is aggrieved by the steps taken by alleged contemnors.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
