This writ petition was disposed of on 29th January, 2021.

Subsequently the matter was mentioned by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner for correction in the said order.

In the second paragraph at first page of the said order, the expression "Village and Post OfficeJotekanuramgarh, Police Station- Daspur, DistrictPaschim Midnapore, Pin-721212" stands expunged. The description of the plot of land where the unauthorized construction is being made by the private respondents should be read as Plot No. 321, J.L. No.34, Mouza-South Kamrangu.

The order dated 29th January, 2021 is modified accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
