It appears that, in purported compliance with the said order, the alleged contemnor passed an order dated February 18, 2025, declining to grant any relief to the petitioner. The said order was passed after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and contains reasons for not entertaining the petitioner's claim.

Upon consideration, I am of the view that the alleged contemnor has complied with the order dated June 19, 2024.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated February 18, 2025, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same by filing an appropriate writ petition before the competent forum.

Accordingly, CPAN 1663 of 2024 is disposed of.
