He submits that a notice was directed to be issued by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate in a proceeding under Section 21 of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997. Mr. Chatterjee prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps and to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
