Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been change of circumstances.

However, I find from the materials produced by the State that the evidence of the victim is over. If there are change of circumstances, the best and competent court would be the learned trial court, as such, steps be taken by both the parties before the learned trial court.

Having considered the materials placed before this Court, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. However, this will not prevent the learned trial court to take an independent decision if there are change of circumstances. Accordingly, CRM(M)2245 of 2025 is dismissed.
