1. In terms of order dated 10th November, 2025 report of learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas has been received.

1. It is has been informed that opposite party has not filed affidavit of asset and liabilities. It seems that opposite party causing delay. It has also been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the in-charge is taking up the matter.

2. In the facts and circumstances of this case learned concerned Trial Court in-charge is directed to dispose of the M. Case No. 507 of 2018 expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment in accordance with law.

3. This revision petition is disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.

6.Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that defacto complainant/victim has duly been served. None is present for the defacto complainant.

7.Learned advocate for the State submits that he has received the Case Diary just now.

8.Let the defacto complainant/victim be served through the State.

9.Let the matter be listed in the combined monthly list of February, 2026.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the matter is fixed before the learned Trial Court on 19th December, 2025 and have prayed for stay of the proceedings before the learned Trial Court. 11.
