1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner moves the writ praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 03.05.2019 at Page-26 of the writ application being Annexure-'P-3' within a specific period.

2. On hearing the Learned Counsels for the parties the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent authorities shall consider the representation dated 03.05.2019 as submitted by the petitioner, within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of this order by giving a hearing to the parties and by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law. In case, the copy of the representation is not available with the authority concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to file a copy

of the said representation with the authority concerned, who shall then dispose of the representation as per the direction of this Court.

3. The writ application is disposed of.

4. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
