Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed by an unsuccessful bidder in the tender in question.

It is submitted by Mr. Majumder, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent authority concerned that the tender has already been finalised and even work order has been issued and as such there is no scope of granting any relief to the petitioner against the tender in question. Mr. Majumder makes such submission on the basis of instructions.

Accordingly, considering the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition being WPA 25204 of 2022 is dismissed.

Leave is granted to the respondent concerned to file Vokalatnama in the department by 8.9.2023.
