Learned advocate representing ECL submits that till date bank details of the petitioner are not shared with the concerned authority of ECL resulting in non-payment of pension/family pension and provident fund.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to share the bank details of the petitioner with the learned advocate representing ECL by 24th December, 2025.

On receipt of bank details, concerned authority of ECL is directed to forward the claim to the Coal Mines Provident Fund Organization being respondent no.8 by seven days thereafter.

On receipt of claim from the concerned authority of ECL, respondent no.8 is directed to release the admissible benefit of the petitioner towards pension/family pension and provident fund by

fortnight thereafter.

Petitioner shall also be at leave to approach the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act for release of benefit towards gratuity. 6.

If representation is made to the respondent no.9 for release of gratuity, Court expects same shall be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
