The petitioner is a physically handicapped candidate. He seeks transfer. His application has not been considered by the school authority till date. 3.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application annexed at pages 47 and 48 of the writ petition along with all supporting documents to the school authority for consideration of the prayer of the petitioner for transfer.

The school authority shall take a decision on the prayer made by the petitioner strictly in accordance

with law at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the application along with all supporting documents. 5.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps in accordance with law for forwarding the application to the DI of Schools shall be taken by the school authority without any delay. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
