The order impugned dated September 12, 2025 is set aside.

The learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 1st Additional Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas will hear out the injunction application expeditiously as directed by the Coordinate Bench.

However, the application under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure should also be heard at the appropriate time as the Court deems fit.

Rejection of the said application without granting any opportunity to the petitioners to move the same, was unjust. The order is also unreasoned. 4.

This Court has not made any observation on either the validity or veracity or correctness of the

contents of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The application shall be decided by the Court in terms of the date of their filing.

Accordingly, the revisional application and the connected application are disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 8.
