The election of Matikumra Kutirpara Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Limited fell due long back in the month of October 2020. The same has not been conducted till date.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 being the Co-operative Election Commission to conduct and conclude the election at the earliest but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
