Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for about 360 days and the case is progressing very slowly.

Learned advocate for the defacto complainant submits that a 11 years old boy has been subjected to sexual offence at the behest of the present petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State has drawn the attention of the Court to the statement under Section 183 of BNSS as well as the medical report and submitted that at the end of the

investigation, charge sheet was submitted under Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Having considered the overall circumstances, I direct that the petitioner be well advised to renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over.

At this stage, CRM (M) 2248 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
