Pursuant to the order dated 16th February, 2023, the Treasury Officer, Uluberia, Howrah, Mr. Kazi Khalilullah is personally present before this Court. It is submitted that the order in question has been complied with by the alleged contemnors. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be decided in this contempt application.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnors shall stand dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

The contempt application is, thus, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
