Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the defacto-complainant in this case being Netaji Nagar Police Station Case No. 183 dated 10.09.2023 under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120B of the Penal Code. The petitioner's parent became victim of cyber fraud. Huge amounts of money were siphoned off from their accounts in the guise of investments. No progress has been there in investigating the offences.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. Necessary notices have already given to the concerned entities under Sections 41A and 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Requisition has

been made to the Telecom Authorities for providing CDR along with decoded tower location and the like. Beneficiaries of bank accounts were detected and the banks were asked to provide the details. Assistance has been sought from the Cyber Cell of the Kolkata Police. Investigation is going on. It appears that Investigating Agency has taken necessary measures to find out the truth.

Let the Investigating Agency take the help of the Cyber Cell, Kolkata Police for finding out the money tail and tracking the accused.

Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

No further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
