Referring an order dated 04.03.2020, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.1 submits that Misc. Case No.7 of 2012 has already been dismissed and as such present revisional application has become infructuous.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also submits that in view of the order passed dated 04.03.2020, present revisional application may be disposed of.
In view of the dismissal order passed by the Trial Court, let CO 4179 of 2019 is dismissed being infructuous. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2022 is also dismissed.
