1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioners allege that the District Magistrate, North 24Parganas had dealt with an application under Section 14 of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (the SARFAESI Act) by passing an order thereof on 05.02.2024. The order itself stated that it would be valid for a period of six months. The time has long expired not due to the fault of any person, but, due to pending applications filed by the borrowers and third parties before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and appeal carried therefrom by the Bank to the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

3. Mr. Datta, learned Advocate representing the respondentState, submits on instruction, that the respondent no. 2 will consider the applications afresh and pass necessary orders within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the order by the petitioners.

4. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 25257 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
