The petitioner has prayed for deletion of his name from Sonarpur P. S. Case No. 1189 of 2022.

The grievance of the petitioner is that till date in a case of the year 2022 no chargesheet has been submitted. The case was registered under the relevant provisions of Sections 420/406/342/323/325/307/506/34 IPC. Having regard to the fact that there are sessions triable offences which have been alleged in the FIR and for which investigation is being carried on by the Investigating Agency any form of compromise cannot be entertained by this court. No interference, as such, is made in respect of the prayers so advanced. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4101 of 2023 is disposed of.
