1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits as follows. There was a free fight between two groups of people. Injuries were received on both sides.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioners have remained absconding for more than three years. There are statements of victims and other witnesses taking the names of the petitioners. Several persons were injured.

Some suffered grievous injury/fracture on head.

3. Considering the above and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
