This revisional application was filed seeking expeditious disposal of the application for injunction filed in connection with Title Suit No.255 of 2023. The suit is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barrackpore, District 24 Parganas (North). According to the petitioner, the said application has been disposed of during the pendency of the revisional application. The petitioner now submits that the suit may be directed to be disposed of expeditiously. This is a suit of 2023.

Thus, this Court cannot pass a mandatory order upon the learned court below, to conclude the suit within a specified time. However, justice would be sub served, if the learned court makes all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously, along with all connected applications that may be filed in the meantime.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
