Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner by placing before this Court a communication dated May 15, 2025 would submit that the petitioner is not willing to proceed further with the writ petition, having regard to the assurance given to the petitioner that his grievances regarding GPF issue shall be redressed by the bank, he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Let a copy of the communication dated May 15, 2025 be retained with the records.

3. Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 does not raise any objection, though he would submit that he is not aware of the assurance given by the bank.

4. Having regard to the above, let the writ petition being WPA 25696 of 2024 be dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all formalities, if applied for.
