Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that they are being resisted from construction of wall. Petitioners claim that the wall is being constructed in their portion of the property.

Be that as it may, police authorities have hardly any role to play in respect of construction. The report earlier submitted on behalf of the State reflects that criminal cases have been registered for investigation and charge-sheets have already been submitted by Haripal Police Station. Be that as it may, so far as the issues regarding construction, demarcation, right, title and interest in respect of property are concerned, police authorities will not interfere until and unless direction is passed by an appropriate court. However, the police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 25695 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
