The subject-matter of this revisional application relates to order passed by learned Sessions Judge, North 24Parganas in Criminal Motion No. 10 of 2023 arising out of M Case No. 627 of 2021. Primarily certain issues were raised regarding the order passed at the stage of the admission of the revisional application and consideration of the application for stay and the condition imposed therein in Criminal Motion No. 10 of 2023.

As the revisional application is still subject-matter of consideration of the learned Sessions Judge, North 24Parganas, I am not inclined to interfere with the nature of the conditions until and unless the same is fully considered by the revisional court. It has been informed that the next date has been fixed on 30.01.2024.

The learned sessions court/revisional court is directed to dispose of the revisional application on the said date so fixed or within a week thereafter. The time period should not be stretched as the same may prejudice the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4103 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
