1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. In the instant case the petitioner is the registered owner of a vehicle bearing Registration No. WB19D/8849 which is a bus, having engine No. 90L62810678 and Chassis No. MA141207291N29209 having a route permit, provisionally approved by the respondent authorities which remained valid upto 22.9.2025.

3. Main grievance of the petitioner is the frequent change of provisional time table by refusing to grant a permanent time table.

4. The State respondent submits that since the petitioner did not submit any application for the extension of the provisional time table within the period i.e. 01.09.2025, the time table remained un-extended by the transport department.

5. Having heard the parties after considering the materials on records, I direct the petitioner to submit a comprehensive detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 within two weeks from date which shall be considered within a period of thirty days from the date of submission by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law upon affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner along with other interested person, if any and communicate such decision, within a week thereafter.

6. The writ petitioner being WPA 24970 of 2025 is disposed of, without taking any exception to the merits of the case.

7. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
