1. Petitioner submits no narcotics was recovered from her. She prays for bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits petitioner is the owner of the premises wherefrom narcotics was recovered.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is in custody for about 140 days. Narcotics i.e., 50 bottles of cough syrup were recovered from her residence. Co-accused who was present at the time of recovery was released on a statutory bail & not on merits. Investigation is in progress.

4. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
