1. Status report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioners says that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They are in custody for 1 year 4 months. Only one witness out of fourteen has been examined. There is no chance of an early conclusion of the trial. They may be enlarged on bail on any condition.

3. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. However, she has stated that steps are being taken to complete the trial as soon as possible. She has further drawn our attention to the seizure list showing that huge Signed By :

4. We have considered the materials on record. We do not think that this is a fit case for granting bail to the petitioners. The prayer for bail is rejected, at this stage.

5. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.

6. However, considering the period of detention of the petitioners, we request the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same on an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 7.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
