In re : CRAN 2 of 2025 1.

This is an application for relaxation of conditions of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on July 25, 2023. One of the conditions of anticipatory bail was that he shall not enter the jurisdiction of Bongaon Police Station.

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the aforesaid condition. He says that his residence is within the jurisdiction of Bongaon Police Station and he has not met his ailing aged mother for a long time who resides in the family residence.

Let the State file a report indicating whether or not the petitioner is complying with the conditions of anticipatory bail.

List this matter once again on 27.03.2025.
