It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner that yesterday the daughter of the petitioner and the new born baby has been released from the Welfare Home. 2.

It has further been submitted that a notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS dated 15th October, 2024 has been issued to the mother and father to the parents of the victim girl.

It will be open for the parties to approach the appropriate forum for relief.

As the petitioner has already been granted relief by the authority, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The report filed by the Chairperson & 1st Class Magistrate, Child Welfare Committee, Howrah signed on 19th November, 2024 be taken on record.
