Petitioner has filed this writ petition making a grievance that its representation dated 27th October, made to the Chairperson, Board of Administrators, Midnapore Municipality and repeated representations have not been considered by the said authority till date.

Without going into the merits of the said representation this writ petition being WPA 25233 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the aforesaid authority to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance

with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
